Anybody who reads "The Pond" knows of my reverence towards the Fab 4. But there's other music I like as well. The following link is to a song by "Traffic" featuring Steve Winwood. Their "John Barlycorn Must Die" is one of me favourites, especially "Freedom Rider" with a blistering flute solo.
I just remembered my intorduction which is to the right of this page mentions the aforementioned singer. And it appears that deadhead Jerry Garcia is playing with him at this venue. Even tho Bill Walton is enthralled with the Dead, this writer has never appreciated their music. Can't win 'em all.
