I didn't see this movie. But the name reminded me of a rock song from back in the day, early 70's.
This band from Texas (not ZZ Top) was about the 2nd or 3rd band I ever saw in concert, at the old city auditorium (memories), Black Sabbath being the first one. Also, the band, Spirit, played before them. The concert set me back $3.50. Hint: DOA was probably their biggest hit, but another tune was: "Lucky in the Morning".
(which I haven't been in a long time). Can you name that band???

You have stumped Mr. Trivia, but I will give it a shot.

1) Electric Prunes

2) Strawberry Alarm Clock

3) Brittney Spears

4) Iron Butterfly

5) Blind Faith

Here's one for you! "Scrambled Eggs" was the original title of what famous song? And, yes, it was by the fab 4.

The answer is... (take 1 more shot)
A) BLOODROCK
B) ERIC QUINCY TATE
C) KUDZU
D) JESSICA SIMPSON
E) YANKEE DIME
F) WILLIE NELSON

I've heard of the "Scrambled Eggs"
thing before, but I can't remember.
I thought about calling & asking someone I know, but that would be cheating.
Of course I want to say, the song that goes "I am the eggman, I am the Walrus" coo coo ka choo... I'm not sure of the song name, though.

I'll be better... I'll be better... just as soon as I am able....

The movie has Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan, who is gorgeous as the college coed mesmerized by her prof [ Quaid ] It is a remake of a 40's or 50's movie starring Edmond O'Brien.
The plot: Someone poisons the star, and before he dies tries to find his killer. The remake is better than the original.

In answer to your query:
1) Kudzu would be appropriate since it covers the landscape.
2) Willie Nelson was known for more memorable tunes. i.e. "On the Road Again." And "You Were Always on my Mind."
3) Are you sure it's not the Prunes?
4) I'll go with Eric Quincy Tate. And that's my final answer.

P.S. Scrambled eggs. All my troubles seemed so far away.
Now it looks as though they're here to stay.
Oh I believe in scrambled eggs.

Who'd a thunk it, eh? v.c.
