George W. has caught a lot of flack during his presidency. Now he is dealing with New Orleans and a lot of people blame him for causing the hurricane i.e. global warming and being slow to react to the people's plight. Not only is he responsible for this natural ( ? ) disaster, but here are some more events that are w/o a doubt his fault.
