Evil scientist played by Leo G. Carroll [ see "North by Northwest" and "The Man From U.N.C.L.E." ] in the classic movie, "Tarantula." Poor Leo's experiments into the dark side run amok. And even he is affected. Large spider creates havoc in a dusty town in the southwest. Not very good, actually. Special effects were poor. But classic film noir from the 50's. Did not scare the beejeezus out of me. v.c.
