Mick hadn't yet busted a button on his trousers but there was danger lurking at the FREE concert at Altamount Speedway. Circa 69. Mick and the boys hired the "Hell's Angels" for security. Not a shrewd move in hindsight. As the Stones broke into "Sympathy For The Devil" a member of the crowd died via a knife attack. Maybe it was via a 44. Heartbreaker, eh? Can't recall.
