Dr. Lector, famed psychologist who has gone mad and is confined to a maximum security prison for the criminally insane talks to Agent Starling, who is trying to pick the good doctor's brain concerning serial killer, Buffalo Bill. Alas, Doc Lecter begins playing mind games with young Starling of the FBI.
