Briggs gets it in the end via a car bomb that blows him to smithereens. Maybe my old boss will get his too one day. Gimme shelter, v.c. P.S. Co-stars David Soul as a vigilante rookie cop. And Hal Holbrook as Briggs. P.S.S. I wish no harm to Briggs, my ex boss. Just a few days of chinese water torture or a few bamboos under the fingernails.
